The registration fee includes all courses and symposia, poster sessions, entrance to the Exhibit Hall, welcome reception, coffee breaks, and three continental breakfasts.

Guest Registration
Guests must be registered in order to attend the welcome reception, breakfasts, and breaks. The fee is $125 for adults (12 and over) and $50 for children under 12.


Closing Dinner
Tickets for the Closing Dinner, taking place on Saturday, July 8 at the Art Institute of Chicago, should be purchased at the time of registration. Pricing is as follows:

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be received in writng.

Through June 1, 2017 - Registration fee, less a $100 administrative fee, will be refunded following the meeting.
June 2 - 23, 2017 - Registration fee, less a $200 administrative fee, will be refunded following the meeting.
After June 23, 2017 - No refund will be provided.
